Create treasures with recycled materials at Earth Day event
The South Carolina State Museum will celebrate Earth Day on from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. March 27 with environmentally conscious activities, demonstrations and discussions.
Hands-on activities and instruction will show how to make toys and jewelry using recycled materials.
Other crafts include making a pirate bobble-head doll out of recycled Styrofoam and a recycled CD clock.
