Celebrate Cinco de Mayo with Mexican-inspired menu

This Cinco de Mayo, celebrate the Mexican victory over the French at the Battle of Puebla on May 5, 1862, with Mexican-inspired recipes such as taco casserole, pasta and grilled vegetable salad with cilantro dressing and, for dessert, non-alcoholic frozen margarita pie.
