Another All-SEC selection for Norwood

The honors keep pouring in for USC outside linebacker Eric Norwood.

Norwood became the first player in USC history to make first-team, all-conference three consecutive years when the senior was on the coaches’ All-SEC team that was released Tuesday.

A day earlier, Norwood, the Gamecocks’ all-time leader in sacks and tackles for loss, was a unanimous selection on The Associated Press All-SEC team.

Defensive end Cliff Matthews, who was on the coaches’ second team, was the only other Gamecock player honored.
