North Main Street gets more money
Columbia’s North Main Street project got an extra $2.5 million in stimulus money today from DOT Commissioner Marvin Stevenson.
The extra money puts the project’s total at $9 million, which is enough to renovate North Main Street from Fairfield Road to Anthony Street, Mayor Bob Coble said.
